Meals
Your meals are freshly prepared and have a Best Before date. Please refrigerate them right away—Kinetix Kitchen can’t replace meals that spoil if not stored properly.

Plans
Weekly Plans give you 5 weekday meals (Mon–Fri) with no skips or freezes. Monthly Plans give you 22 meals, and you may skip up to 4 days or freeze your plan for 1–2 weeks if you inform us in advance.

Allergens
Common allergens are listed on the meal packaging. However, meals are not guaranteed allergen-free, so please check the ingredients before eating.

Cut-Off
All orders, renewals, skips, or freezes must be confirmed by Friday at 6:00 PM for the following week. Skip requests must be sent at least 2 days before delivery.

Delivery & Pick-Up
Meals are delivered between 2:00–5:00 PM to selected areas, a day before you eat them. You may also pick them up at our branches (12:00–1:00 PM) or book your own courier. Missed pick-ups or deliveries without notice will still be counted as served.

Cancellations
Weekly: No refunds.
Monthly: Refund only for unused full weeks if <50% cycle, less fees.

Refunds
None for prepared/delivered meals. Processed in 7–10 days if eligible.
