Kinetix Kitchen Meal Plan Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, delivery, and consumption of meal plans provided by Kinetix Kitchen. By availing of our services, the client agrees to abide by the provisions stated herein.


 

1. Nature of Goods and Food Safety

All meals are freshly prepared and delivered with a Best Before date indicated on each meal pack. Meals must be consumed on or before this date and stored in accordance with the storage instructions provided. Kinetix Kitchen shall not be liable for any deterioration, spoilage, or food safety concerns arising from mishandling by the client. This includes, but is not limited to, failure to refrigerate meals immediately after receipt, leaving meals unrefrigerated for prolonged periods, or exposing meals to unsuitable temperatures during storage or transport.

Once meals are handed over to the client—either personally, via branch pick-up, door-to-door delivery, or through a courier arranged by the client—the responsibility for proper storage and handling lies entirely with the client.


 

2. Meal Plan Structure

Weekly Plan – Five (5) consecutive weekday meals (Monday to Friday). Skips and freezing are not permitted for weekly subscriptions.
Monthly Plan – Twenty-two (22) consecutive weekday meals (Monday to Friday for four weeks). Skips and freezing are permitted only under the conditions specified in Section 5.

 

3. Order Cut-Off and Confirmation

All orders, whether for new subscriptions, renewals, freezing requests (full week or more), or subscription terminations, are subject to a weekly order cut-off period. The cut-off period is every Friday at 6:00 PM for the upcoming service week.

Any order or request submitted after the cut-off will be processed for the following week. This cut-off exists to allow adequate time for procurement, menu planning, and preparation. Orders are confirmed only upon full payment made to authorized Kinetix Kitchen personnel or approved payment channels.

Failure to complete payment before the cut-off may result in the order being excluded from the upcoming schedule.

 

4. Delivery and Pick-Up

Clients must coordinate directly with Kinetix Kitchen to confirm whether their orders will be fulfilled via door-to-door delivery, branch pick-up, or self-arranged courier. The chosen method must be coordinated at the time of subscription, and any changes to the delivery or pick-up method must be made at least two (2) days in advance, as meals are prepared and dispatched one (1) day prior to the intended consumption date.

 

A. Door-to-Door Delivery
Door-to-door delivery is available only in limited service areas and subject to availability. Deliveries occur between 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM on the day prior to the intended consumption date. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are available during the delivery window.

 

B. Branch Pick-Up
Meals may be collected from any of the following branches between 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM:

Kinetix Lab UP Town Center
Kinetix Lab The Podium
Kinetix Lab One Ayala
Kinetix Plus Shops at Ayala Triangle Gardens

C. Self-Arranged Courier
Clients may arrange their own courier to collect meals directly from Kinetix Kitchen. Once the meals are released to the courier, the risk of damage, spoilage, or delay rests entirely with the client.

Failure to Receive or Collect Meals
If a client fails to receive their delivery or collect their meals at the agreed time without prior coordination with Kinetix Kitchen, the order will be treated as an on-the-day cancellation. The meal will be considered served and will not be replaced or refunded.


 

5. Cancellations, Skips, and Freezing

Cancellations, skips, and freezing are defined and applied as follows:

Cancellation: The termination of the remainder of a subscription before its scheduled end date.
Skip: The deferment of a single delivery day within a subscription cycle. Skips are allowed only for monthly subscriptions, with a maximum of four (4) skips per cycle. Requests must be submitted at least two (2) days before the scheduled delivery. Skipped days will be moved to the end of the subscription period.
Freezing: The temporary suspension of a subscription for a minimum of one (1) full week and a maximum of two (2) weeks. Applicable only to monthly subscriptions, and requests must follow the weekly order cut-off schedule (Friday at 6:00 PM).

Weekly Subscriptions are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be skipped or frozen once the subscription has commenced.

Monthly Subscriptions may be cancelled only before the subscription start date, or—once commenced—prior to completing fifty percent (50%) of the subscription cycle (equivalent to two full weeks of service). Any approved refund will be calculated on a pro-rated basis for unused full weeks only, less applicable processing fees. Once more than fifty percent (50%) of the subscription has been fulfilled, no refunds will be issued.

On-the-Day Cancellations are considered fulfilled and counted toward the subscription total for both weekly and monthly plans.


 

6. Refund Policy

Meals that have already been prepared or delivered are strictly non-refundable.
Weekly subscriptions are non-refundable once the subscription has commenced.
Monthly subscriptions are refundable only before fifty percent (50%) of the cycle has been completed, and only for unused full weeks, subject to deductions for payment processing fees.
Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days.
In cases where product quality issues are verified by Kinetix Kitchen, a replacement meal or store credit may be issued at the company’s sole discretion.

 

7. Allergen Information

All meals are labeled with common allergens present in their ingredients. While Kinetix Kitchen takes precautions to minimize cross-contact, meals are not guaranteed to be free from all traces of allergens. The client is responsible for reviewing allergen information before consumption and determining the suitability of meals for their dietary needs.


 

8. Limitations of Liability

Kinetix Kitchen shall not be held liable for:

Any adverse health effects, allergic reactions, or foodborne illnesses resulting from the consumption of its meals, whether due to pre-existing conditions, allergies, or dietary incompatibilities.
Any deterioration in quality resulting from mishandling by the client, including improper storage, delayed refrigeration, or leaving meals at unsuitable temperatures.
Missed deliveries or uncollected meals due to the client’s unavailability or failure to coordinate changes within the required notice period.
Service delays or interruptions arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, supply chain disruptions, or transportation delays.

 

9. Amendments

Kinetix Kitchen reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the official website and will apply to all active and future subscriptions.
