  • About Your Meals

    All meals are freshly prepared and come with aBest Before date.•Please refrigerate meals as soon as you receive them.•Kinetix Kitchen is not responsible for spoilage if meals are not stored properly.

  • Plans

    Weekly Plan: 5 weekday meals (Mon–Fri). No skips or freezing allowed.

    Monthly Plan: 22 weekday meals (Mon–Fri for 4 weeks). You can skip up to4 days per cycle or freeze your plan for1–2 full weekswith advance notice.

  • Order Cut-Off

    Cut-off is Friday, 6:00 PM for the following week’s orders, renewals, freezes, or subscription changes.

    Skips must be requested at least 2 days before the scheduled delivery.

  • Delivery & Pick-Up

    Door-to-Door: Limited areas only. Delivered between 2:00–5:00 PM,one day before consumption.

    Branch Pick-Up: 12:00–1:00 PM at our UPTC, The Podium, One Ayala, or Ayala Triangle Gardens branches.

    Self-Arranged Courier: You can book your own courier. Once released, the meals are your responsibility.

    Missed pick-up or delivery without notice = counted as served.

  • Cancellations

    Weekly Plans: No cancellations or refunds once started.

    Monthly Plans: Can be cancelled before the start or before 50% of the cycle is done. Refunds are for unused full weeks only, less fees.

    Same-day cancellations = counted as served.

  • Refunds

    No refunds for meals already prepared or delivered.

    Refunds for eligible monthly plan cancellations are processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Allergens

    Common allergens are listed on each meal.

    Meals are not guaranteed allergen-free. Please check ingredients before eating.
